All our batter is made from 100% organic flour and hand-mixed, all our products are fresh and homemade.
Simple and local cuisine, friendly service, our crêpes and galettes will charm every palate, whether sweet or savory, hearty or light, accompanied by one of our artisanal ciders, tea, or even hot chocolate, come and take a gourmet break at ‘Coté Crêpes’.
We work with local suppliers to cook quality galettes and crêpes for you, full of flavor.
Cidrerie ‘La Ruaudaie’, near La Gacilly (56): ciders, pure apple juice, without preservatives, and in respect of our beloved terroir and Breton gastronomic tradition.
‘Le Moulin de la Brosse’ in Sainte-Lumine de Coutais (44): Joseph Gendronneau, miller and cereal producer, and his flours that bring an authentic taste to our galettes.
‘Coat Albret’ Cidery: A family-owned business, Coat-Albret ciders are produced in Bretagne in the land of Brocéliande.
